Acceptable use

DMWire connects your agent to accounts that belong to you. You stay responsible for what your agent sends, the same as if you typed it yourself.

Fine

  • Answering customers, leads and contacts who wrote to you.
  • Following up with people who asked you to, or who are waiting on you.
  • Personal assistants on your own number: drafting and sending replies, reminders to people you know, sorting your inbox.
  • Support and sales conversations for your own business, with people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.

Not allowed

  • Cold messages to purchased, scraped or rented lists.
  • Sending the same message to many people who never wrote to you.
  • Messages that are illegal where you or the recipient live, or that harass, threaten, scam or impersonate someone.
  • Running a public "ask me anything" assistant for strangers on a WhatsApp number.
  • Connecting an account that is not yours or that you are not allowed to use.
  • Trying to get around DMWire's limits, for example by spreading sends over several DMWire accounts.

Your responsibilities

  • Consent. Only message people who contacted you or agreed to be contacted, and respect local consent and marketing laws.
  • The apps' rules. WhatsApp and Telegram have their own terms for accounts. A restriction or ban is the app's decision about your account. DMWire publishes its limits so you can stay well inside them.
  • Your agent. DMWire runs no AI. Your agent and the AI provider behind it decide what to write; check its instructions before you let it send on its own.
  • Opt outs. When someone replies STOP, DMWire stops messages to them from that account. Do not work around it.

What we do when this is broken

DMWire stops sending on an account that shows spam patterns (see Limits and account safety). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we do not restore access for bulk messaging to strangers.

Questions: use the form on dmwire.ai and we get back to you.
